Meet the visionary force behind Trainer Collective, Bharti Kumaria, a powerhouse with an MBA in Marketing and Finance. With a dynamic background in sales and marketing she seamlessly blends her expertise in Social Psychology and Behavioral Economics, shaping a unique approach to training that resonates across diverse professional landscapes.
Her commitment to personal and professional growth is exemplified by her International certifications as a Master Emotional Intelligence Coach, NLP practitioner, Behavioural science expert and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) practitioner.
Having traversed the corporate spectrum, she brings in a wealth of experience working with Gen Z ,Millennials to C-level managers. Her keen understanding of the nuanced challenges at various career levels ensures that Trainer Collective’s programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of each participant. Bharti’s strategic insights, coupled with her empathetic coaching style, create an environment where personal and professional development flourish.

With over 25 years of experience , G.R. Sitaram ,the co brain child of Trainer Collective is a multifaceted professional boasting of an impressive array of qualifications and expertise
As a Master NLP Practitioner and a Life Coach, he serves as a mentor for various organizations, bringing in a wealth of expertise to the table. Certified by Emotional Intelligence Learning Systems INC as an Emotional Intelligence Coach and actively practicing as a Master Gestalt Therapist, Sitaram is also a Double MBA holder, specializing in Marketing from Manipal University and Leadership/Entrepreneurship from United Business Institutes Belgium.
His extensive skill set includes certifications as a Soft Skills and Behavioral Trainer, Certified counsellor from TISS , Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and a Diploma in Labor Laws from the National Institute of Law. His diverse background includes holding senior positions at Xerox India and renowned HR staffing firms, such as Mafoi Randstad, Genius Consultants Ltd, and Lobo Staffing Solutions
With vast experience working with individuals from C-level Managers to front-line employees, he contributes not only to employee development but also engages in strategic consulting, including Business planning, Talent management, Succession planning, Leadership/Executive development programs, Executive Coaching, Competency Mapping, and the establishment of Employability Skills Development Centres.
